august 24, 2011_ One Starry Night has been included in this year's Society of Illustrators' Original Art show.

The generous creators of the comic Rabid Rabbit allowed me to do a doodle for their most recent issue. images

I have been enjoying the work of the Finnish author/illustrator Tove Jansson. Though very popular in Scandinavia she is not as well know here. After pouring over her work for weeks I couldn't help trying to mimic her lush pen and ink illustrations. sketch

december 15, 2006 _ A recent trip to the bookstore revealed that three of Ellen Miles' Taylor-Made Tales stories, for which I did cover illustration , are now on the shelves (or the virtual shelf if you prefer ...though you shouldn't!).
